Directed extensive business development through investment in facility assets which has led to a significant annual rate of growth for the corporation and expansion into several new business areas and opportunities. Developed the business plan and orchestrated the first ever commercialization of a Department of Energy site for isotope production. Created the initial company subsidiary (MAC Isotopes LLC) which was a subsidiary of Mactec of Golden Colorado. In 1998 International Isotopes Inc. acquired MAC Isotopes and the company name was changed to International Isotopes Idaho Inc.
Department Manager – Isotope Production | Idaho National Engineering Laboratory Site | May 1994 – October 1996
Supervised an extensive refurbishment and maintenance of a Department of Energy hot cells facility and successfully completed both contractor and DOE Operational Readiness Reviews. Managed all aspects of the M&O contractors Isotope Production department which included a budget of about 2 million dollars and a staff of fifteen people.

Provided radiological control engineering input and expertise for field work and reactor plant maintenance of the Advanced Test Reactor and other areas in and around the Test Reactor Area.
